If someone were to use the phrase 'positional truth' in a sentence would you understand what they were referring to?
"For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:29-31 ESV
The passage quoted above make perfect sense if we know the very rarely understood doctrine of 'positional truth' and this passage is a very important passage to understand.
Go find out what 'positional truth' is.
You might be saying, 'Tell us.' but I'm not going to do that... not today... I don't feel led to do that today...
I passively listened to my late Pastor explain this doctrine to me one thousand different times and we can hear something again and again but for some reason, it never sinks in because we don't 'need' to know it.
If this were a men's class I would say, 'Go find out what this means and come back next week ready to explain it in 5 minutes with a few key scriptural references.'
This isn't a class. If you are reading this you are reading my blog and there is some reason that you are here. Perhaps you want encouragement. This doctrine will encourage you.
Google it.... something like...
chafer positional truth
That search may be the best search you have ever made online.
