Your Song Has Preserved Me Alive

"This is my comfort in my affliction, That Your word has revived me." - Psalms 119:50 NASB

The second part can also be translated 'Your Word has preserved me alive.'

"The words of the LORD are pure words; As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times." - Psalms 12:6 NASB

Word is Imrah (Strong's H565) in the original Hebrew and is sometimes translated promise. It refers to little speech, poem or song that expresses something real and heartfelt.

When the pressures come in remember... God has a written a song just for you. It tells the story of the victory of His Son. You are in that story and so am I.
